Pros
Customers are great, they love Gymboree and the clothing. They make working there worth my while. The clothes are very cute and I recommend them to everyone I know with children. Some of the sales we have allow you to buy a lot of merchandise for very low costs. For the customer its a great shopping experience. Overall there aren't to many other positive things to say.
Cons
You are expected to do way to many things in an unrealistic amount of time all while making sure you provide legendary service(not a problem in its self) to customers. Very little chance of a raise. There is lots of favoritism to certain employees. If your not a super human expect very negative feedback even when you think your going above and beyond. DM's are very eccentric and mostly scary at times because your expected to do so much. They can be very hostile if they see anything otherwise. Oh and did I mention the fact that you get barely any training? Overall I would not recommend anyone to this job. I can see from reading other reviews that these a company wide problems and its not just my store.
