Working at GymBeam is, for me, connected with a dynamic environment, fast growth, and many opportunities to learn new things. I like that the company never stands still, continuously brings new projects, and gives people real space to come up with ideas and see them put into practice. A big advantage is the international environment, a strong brand, and a team of people who are motivated to move things forward. It is not a place for someone looking for routine, but rather for people who want to grow, take responsibility, and be part of building a successful European company. For me, GymBeam is a company with great energy, ambition, and many opportunities for people who want to work on themselves.

For some people, it may be a fast-paced environment. It depends on the person. I am satisfied.

I work on interesting and technically challenging problems with real impact. The company gives engineers a good amount of ownership, and there is room to learn, experiment, and improve systems over time. I also appreciate the flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with talented people across different areas.
