Terrible Place to work - Office Administrator Guyana Shore Base Employee Review

The Company is run by racist and sexist men with scant regard for locals and the law. The workplace is toxic with an incredibly high turnover either from people leaving or being fired for no reason. Locals are mistreated and abused and there is no room for upward mobility. The company is run on "Vibes" and not competence.
