Pros
Its a lousy pay check at best. There are no pros for this company.
I worked here for five years. The first two and a half were great but my part was under different ownership. The last two and a half were a absolute nightmare.
Cons
No human resources, terrible management, unhealthy work environment, owner is a tyrant, unfair treatment, management has no clue what is going on, rear parking lot rittled nails, underaged managers kid works there from time to time, machinery safety devices bypassed, not up to OSHA standards no list a few, they fire experienced workers to save a dollar.
