Pros

While not a lot of people have heard about Gust, and while those who have think of it as a small, fintech startup for angel investor groups, what the company is *really* doing is beyond cool. We're all under NDA for now, but hopefully they'll unveil "it" by the end of 2016. Talk about disruptive... Named by Crain's for two years in a row as one of the Top 100 places to work in New York City, this is really great place to work. They have a strict 'no bozo' policy, so there's no office politics and you know that your teammates have got your back. And CEO David S. Rose (known to everyone as "DSR") is simultaneously totally passionate and completely laid back. He also does stuff like personally arrange the company's annual outings as complete surprise, put a permanent rock band setup in the reception area, and mentors (and invests in) employees who want to start their own businesses.

Cons

The stuff the company is working on is amazing, but enormous. The result is that they're working on almost too many things simultaneously to permit them to focus as much as they should on critical issues. That said, this is the clearly best place I've ever worked.
