      Pros

      - There are only a handful of people who are nice, the rest are two-faced and backstabbers, feels like high school all over again.

      Cons

      - Dreams far too big for their own good, it gets ridiculous - Handles far more stuff than their staff can actually handle - Such a huge company and yet they cannot provide every employee with a work laptop? - No work-life balance, even on MC, you are forced to be by your phone

      You get to work with a lot of very cool talent

      Cons

      Micromanagement, we were on 3 calls everyday to discuss what we were doing. The company doesn't believe in WFH structures so you are constantly being watched. They want you to communicate through an app called DingTalk which can track your location whenever you log in You are expected to work 60-80 hours a week
