      The best part about working at GushCloud is the team. My colleagues were consistently helpful, collaborative, and genuinely nice people, which made the day-to-day work environment positive.

      The experience was significantly undermined by a culture of micromanagement and ineffective upper management. Leadership often lacked clear direction and trust in employees, focusing more on oversight than empowerment, which stifled productivity and morale.

      You get to work with a lot of very cool talent

      Cons

      Micromanagement, we were on 3 calls everyday to discuss what we were doing. The company doesn't believe in WFH structures so you are constantly being watched. They want you to communicate through an app called DingTalk which can track your location whenever you log in You are expected to work 60-80 hours a week
