I enjoyed the openness with working for GPA. They were very willing to work with me when my mother passed away last year.

Cons

Don't like the insurance company they have for their employees.

Thank you for taking the time to review our GPA organization. We are glad you are enjoying your customer service work and the company culture. Although you may be working in a part time capacity on behalf of our GPA client in this current role, GPA does have full time opportunities to extend to candidates that meet the job requirements. Hopefully we can find a role that is a fit for your next assignment or help in the immediate to supplement your current part time role with another part time role.

Pros

Easy and slow work days

Cons

Insane family. Bad benefits. Horrible pay. Lack of upward mobility. No one in a leadership role that is not a Perdikakis. Creepy family members in leadership.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your time with GPA. We appreciate you highlighting the pace of our daily operations and for providing your perspective on our organizational structure. Gus Perdikakis Associates was founded on the values of a family-owned and operated business, and we take great pride in that heritage. Over the years, our leadership has remained deeply committed to maintaining the personal, 'hands-on' approach that has defined our success and our relationships with clients for decades. While we understand that a family-centric culture may not align with every individual’s career preferences, we are constantly working to ensure our compensation, benefits, and internal growth opportunities meet the needs of our diverse team. We appreciate your tenure with us and wish you much success in your next chapter.
