Pros

Checks come very fast I guess

Cons

This is a hiring company for Casco. They recently employed 6 young women to work industrial sewing machines, 3 white and 3 black. Two of this white women actually graduated the same fashion design school as one of the black women, so their experience is very similar. Yet every white women was offered $12.50/hour while every black woman was offered $11. When one black women called them out for this, they refused to change her pay and thus she quit. Then a week later they hired the other two black girls at the same rate.

GPA is an equal employment opportunity firm. For this particular opportunity, each candidate is required to take a sewing skills test conducted by the client to gauge each potentials level of experience which in turn dictates their level of pay. Employees are paid by GPA at a rate agreed upon by the client and the employee. Employees are under no obligation to accept employment if the level of pay does not meet their satisfaction.

Thank you for taking the time to review our GPA organization. We are glad you are enjoying your customer service work and the company culture. Although you may be working in a part time capacity on behalf of our GPA client in this current role, GPA does have full time opportunities to extend to candidates that meet the job requirements. Hopefully we can find a role that is a fit for your next assignment or help in the immediate to supplement your current part time role with another part time role.
