Pros

- Incredible on-boarding process: One-on-one lessons about very specific parts of the solver run by experts of the field. - Freedom: Absolutely no micro-management and a lot of trust given to employees. - Supportive: I've never worked at a company where I feel completely valued for my own skills but at the same time completely supported. - Innovative: Highly encouraged to run with any ideas we have to improve some aspect of the company.

Cons

- A small, global company inevitably means the occasional early morning or late night meeting, which might not be for everyone.

Thank you for your positive feedback. Yes, unfortunately, the pros and cons of working for a global company are just that. Great that we have global diversity, but the time zones aren't always conducive to a regular work schedule.

Remote job, payroll makes very few mistakes

Cons

The director level and up has some real toxicity. They fight with one another in the C-Suite and vent down. There are pay inequities across the company.

I will bring your concerns to the Executive Leadership Team to ensure we address what you have raised. Regarding some additional points you've mentioned, I'd like to clarify a few things. Regarding pay raises, we operate as a high-performance company and base compensation adjustments on individual performance. We consistently provide above-average raises that are benchmarked against industry standards, and this information is communicated transparently to our employees annually. Additionally, we have consistently provided full bonuses, even in cases where we haven't met all our goals. Furthermore, we have a dedicated program (Career Navigator) focused on the growth and development of our entire team, including a training allowance for each individual. We also offer targeted training sessions yearly to support our company's growth trajectory. Please speak with your manager or People Partner if you have not participated. These programs and how we care for our people drive our high eNPS score (63) and attrition rates (95). While our pulse checks show our teams are highly engaged, there is always room for improvement, which we address. Thank you again for your feedback.
