      Great Co-Workers; Be able to do a bunch of stuff; flexible on what you want to end up working on

      Cons

      Bad Management, if a lead messes up on something they will throw someone under them, under the bus; not the greatest at communication when working remote, won't really tell you if you're doing a bad job but instead will say you're doing good until your first 90 days are up; Not much diversity.

      Pros

      Some of the best people you can find in the industrie with the benefit of being a small studio so your opinion is taken into account. A Light enviroment to work on, some cool IPs too. Austin is also another thing on it's on, and seems like it's one of the best combinations of place, company and games you can find.

      Cons

      Still a small studio, so you are limited on some areas, do not expect AAA, but more of AA or High end indie titles.
