      Pros

      A typical consulting agency. Nothing in particular stands out. The job search system is neat - only up to the point of employment.

      Cons

      They have this weird prepaid bucket system and they're slow at getting it renewed. You could be in the middle of a sprint with the client and run out of bucket hours. Their website is completely useless for current jobs.

      Lack of transparency why you are not selected when you match the job description 100% and they don't choose you. I'm in the US and it seems they have a lot of overseas developers at a much cheaper rate. If you're in the US, stay away unless you want to work at a low rate,
