Great place to get experience on how not to run a business... company pumped itself up on paper and sold out to private equity firm at end of 2014. So Pro's, company will hire anyone so if you want entry into oil and gas, this is your chance.
Cons
Do not expect a raise, management is laughably incompetent, expect to have no support from your supervisors or coworkers. Average pay is about 30% less than oilfield standard.
