Pros

There's a lot of mobility within the company if you're interested in trying something new or want to learn as much as possible about aerospace engineering. Middle management can be hit or miss but personally I've had a great experience with my supervisors. I never have problems reaching out or taking opportunities to learn, the culture is open and friendly, people enjoy sharing knowledge.

Cons

Different WFH policies across departments and working conditions can vary. Upper management is out of touch with younger generation and their needs as employees. Salaries should be higher so definitely negotiate your pay.

Pros

-Work in an air conditioned hangar! -All the tools and support needed to do the job -Excellent training available -Good safety culture -Fairly easy work -Lots of opportunities to grow

Cons

Big corporate politics at times. Some people just love to point fingers. Rules that are very excessive due to incompetence, instead of just firing morons.

Pros

Gulfstream is a good company, I would come back to it. Can be a fantastic work life balance. PTO and benefits are decent. Can be an excellent career builder if you have connections and play your cards right. They can pay for your masters. Self-starters are rewarded and recognized,

Cons

-Ultimately, your experience heavily depends on your specific group—and some can be incredibly profane and toxic. If you are trying to implement an improvement but it doesn't agree with leadership, you can be harassed. -You might find yourself fourth in a long line for a position that only opens once a year; many jobs already have a person picked before they are ever posted. This isn't new information.
