Pros

Good place to learn about how aircraft are built, tested and certified

Cons

- Frequent layoffs: I saw two in three years. The second one got me. - Extreme instability: I had three managers, two group heads and two directors in three years due to "restructuring". - Inhumane treatment of employees: They lay off people by deactivating badges all of a sudden, prevent you from entering premises, make you work hard to retrieve your own belongings. No personal calls from the manager after you are laid off. Not even to say good bye or thank you.

Pros

-Work in an air conditioned hangar! -All the tools and support needed to do the job -Excellent training available -Good safety culture -Fairly easy work -Lots of opportunities to grow

Cons

Big corporate politics at times. Some people just love to point fingers. Rules that are very excessive due to incompetence, instead of just firing morons.
