Pros
Consistent work pace. Lots of knowledge gained from coworkers with years of experience under their belts. Gulfstream jets are full of cutting edge technology.
Cons
Upper management is terrible beyond local site staff. Pay is much lower than the major airlines. No flight benefits. Policies are incredibly crippling to mechanic efficiency and set up an environment where people get fired on a whim for circumventing a ridiculous expectancy.
