      Pros

      I started as an intern at DG for 4 months and at the end of the program, I was promoted to work full time on the PR & Marketing team. Not only did I learn a lot, it’s a great work environment that encourages creativity and allowed me to learn about all aspects of the company.

      Cons

      Smaller team & very fast paced environment you just have to be extremely organized and willing to wear a lot of hats sometimes
