      Always ready to help, I discovered it makes people to relax and don't want to learn. I switched to directing and coaching to help them independent and improve themselves.

      You can access your tips day or two after each shift

      Cons

      Employees are super clique-y with bad attitudes, managers have no idea what’s going on yet will micromanage you to hell.
