      Pros

      Woking at GP has been great if you are willing to roll up your sleeves to tackle an issue you will do well here. I have found that the crew they have built up here is second to none everyone will have your back and if you put in the work you can learn a lot. It's a really great group of people.

      Cons

      - Pay is slightly below standard for Austin - Urgent deadlines are rough sometimes

      Pros

      Guinn Partners possesses the best work environment I have ever had the privilege of being a part of. Everyone who is part of the Guinn Partners team is a super human. The kindness, Ingenuity, and efficiency of employees is unmatched by any other company I have seen.

      Cons

      If you are not ready to learn on the fly and have a demanding project schedule, Guinn Partners is not for you.
