Pros

The atmosphere is casual and coworkers are great. Jeff is the best boss I've ever had. Great pace to start a career. Pay is hourly so you get paid for overtime.

Cons

Their market is stagnating so you'll probably end up serving a single client with long periods of downtime. The company is small so benefits aren't the greatest and it's unlikely you'll progress past senior developer. Certain members of upper management are a drain on morale.

Pros

Great culture with great people Rakesh is the one of the coolest boss I have ever worked with. 1.) No issue with working from home, as Employer trust you to get work done 2.) You will not be treated as Resource as most of the IT giant does, people value your contribution 3.) best helpful people 4.) Higher management is there for you for any issue 5.) Good learning curve

Cons

Only one Need more client to work with

Pros

The company is in an exciting time right now as it looks to expand and grow by creating brand awareness, offering more IT services to its' customers and bringing in top talent to drive the company's business goals and objectives. The company has a great culture and leadership really takes pride in taking care of their people.

Cons

Need to continue establishing and improving on current processes and procedures in order to support future growth. Lack of brand recognition may keep the company from being top of mind in the technology space but can be fixed with more marketing efforts.
