      Competitive/ above average pay, wellness/ work-life balance is a top priority for the company, everyone is responsible for impacting the team's culture, there is a high level of respect and admiration between colleagues, high levels of autonomy for self-starters, quarterly retreats in fun places, awesome perks/benefits, good opportunities for career growth and performance feedback, Guilded is pretty laid back and doesn't buy into formalities if they don't make sense, the team maintains a good level of focus on high impact priorities

      Amazing, kind team that's a dream to work with building a fun product. High level of trust, support, and freedom in day-to-day work. Awesome perks ranging from company swag to meetup trips in really nice, warm places. CEO is thoughtful, smart, fair, and engineering-focused Team takes the time to solve technical and design problems correctly for the long view

      The team is extremely talented and comprised of self-starters, so everyone is expected to ship features at a high cadence. This may be an adjustment for some
