Need policies, better management - Legal Assistant Guilday Law Employee Review

Very friendly and inviting environment to work in. Work expectations are clearly defined. Everyone is patient with one another. Willing to provide OJT for anyone just beginning. While everyone works to improve the firm, we are a client-first law firm who also puts each employee's family matters at the front of issues.

I have yet to find any.

Working at Guilday Law, P.A. has been a great experience. Everyone in the office is very kind, supportive, and welcoming. The environment feels more like a family than a typical workplace, and coworkers are always willing to help each other. The team is also very understanding and forgiving when mistakes happen, which makes it a comfortable place to learn and grow. Overall, it’s a positive and supportive place to work.

I honestly have no cons. I love my job!
