Pros

Nothing to put here unfortunately

Cons

Where to start? A company thats losing money hand over fist due to process issues/no process at all. Simply put, the worst place I have ever been employed. Management is a group of boomers who resist change, are easily intimidated, and offer no chance for training, proper consultation and communication. Staff turns over frequently due to unreasonable onboarding and ultimately the acceptance of the old boys club mentality in this workplace. I could go on. Juniors, stay away, not a place you want to grow/learn. Product is actually very generic, and delivery is aweful, clients dont know better. Company is not ready for investment of time or money. Very poor management and execution, you will regret working here.

Pros

None. It's one of the worst places I have ever worked.

Cons

- Nothing is documented properly and there are no processes in place. - Business decisions ofter over turn weeks/months of your work and then you are asked why something isn't completed a few days later - there seem to be the expectation that once a decision is made by the upper management, the development side should magically happen in no time. - CEO thinks he understands development because he built a few Joomla websites 20 years ago. He has no idea what he's talking about and often makes up words to try to sound like he knows what's happening. - Lot's of unhappy customers who were all promised extensive customizations which haven't been built and probably never will be. - No one seems to know what's going on beyond the next 5 days. - I was promised the world when they hired me but I quickly saw that there is no progression, not much opportunity to learn (short of figuring out how to do everything myself and burning out) and definitely no pay raises - I asked for a fair salary and was offered less with the promise that I would get a raise at 6 months. The raise never happened and speaking to other people, it seems like this is a common way they scam people into taking positions because everyone seemed to have been promised the same thing and no one ever got what they were promised. But hey, there's a beer tap though! Beer taps make up for pay raises and lack of integrity in the management, right?!
