      Guild is an amazing place to work. They are kind, the culture is amazing, people are helpful. I really love working here.

      Cons

      The job is high stress, my hours as an LO are super flexible, but I am always tied to my phone. It's real estate hours, which are fine, but I'm just looking for something more fulfilling to my soul.

      Very organized, lots of help lines and depts available. Big company with a small feel.

      Lots of meetings. You have to be selective with what you want to participate in.
