Pros
Shayla is the bomb and she really cares about your personal growth as an individual. The leadership team in helpful and caring. The salary and bonus structure is competitive. My manager ALWAYS had my back. Access to information, training and job aids is just a click away.
Cons
Working remotely can make work/life balance a little difficult. Onboarding & initial training was a little overwhelming. Sometimes you are left to your own devices to figure out how to do things. Implemented regulations weren't always enforced which can lead to confusion.
