      Very interesting high profile projects. Large, structured and organised. It's always hard to climb the corporate ladder when someone is above you, but persistence pays off.

      Work loads can be extreme, and it's company wide.

      Pros

      Guild is a highly organized company, both in the office and on the job site. They provide all the tools and info to get the job done on time. They have a deep field of employees with extensive industry knowledge to solve all problems.

      Cons

      Very expensive but worth every cent.
