I love working at Guiding Light Concepts because this company is well organized and provides so much room for growth as an individual and paraprofessional. I am thankful for the provided benefits and the way the owners of this company take care of their employees. They go above and beyond as far as client care is concerned and are the best ABA clinic I have worked at. Every client is well taken care of and this clinic is staffed with some of the best RBTs I've ever worked with. They also provide room to advance in your career while providing hands on training. 10/10.

- unprofessional - nepotism - no PTO - no sick leave/pay - no vacation - no 401K - lack of communication - lack of accountability - lack of respect - unorganized - petty - extremely poor management - job insecurity - toxic environment - CAN’T keep employees - claims to be the best in Texas (this is not true)
