      Pros

      Close knit, family like environment, fun coworkers.

      Cons

      The owners are toxic, petty and messy. They have bad communication with each other. They gossip with their own employees about their own employees. They try to act nice in everyone’s face but can’t help but talk about you behind your back. They are awful people in disguise.

      - unprofessional - nepotism - no PTO - no sick leave/pay - no vacation - no 401K - lack of communication - lack of accountability - lack of respect - unorganized - petty - extremely poor management - job insecurity - toxic environment - CAN’T keep employees - claims to be the best in Texas (this is not true)
