Pros

Good Entry-Level Experience: Great for recent grads to gain exposure to consulting, research, and client service. You get to work with high-profile clients and industries early on.

Cons

Limited Upward Mobility: Advancement can be slow or unclear in some departments; some employees feel the path to promotion isn’t always transparent. High Workload / Long Hours: It’s often described as a "grind" with tight deadlines and high expectations, particularly in client-facing roles.

Pros

the only pros are the salary and two hybrid days

Cons

Do not take a job with Guidepoint, even if you were a strong student in college and consider yourself a hard worker. The project managers are fine, but the team leads are awful. You won’t learn any tangible skills; the work largely consists of reaching out to people on LinkedIn for hours on end. On top of that, they will let people go very easily. Stay away from this company.
