Where do i start? Inadequate training when dealing with people’s financials assets. The directors came from the mortgage field and hired everyone from their former organization versus experienced insurance professionals, to adequately write policies to protect customers assets. None of them hold p&c licenses, they lack leadership and insurance experience. It’s about writing premium versus protection! This organization is sexist and you will only get a promotion if you are an athlete, male and if you are not productive or successful. Insurance fraud is committed daily due to lack of training and ignorance from upper leadership. Managers are allowed to fraternize with their risk advisors and depending on who you are it’s allowed. Your salary is based on your gender not your experience! Lack of recognition for the ones that are doing the right thing and exceeding expectations. The leads that they buy are total garbage. They pay you half time for working overtime, mandatory 4 hours a week plus Saturdays, and you lose money if you work more than 40 hrs a week. Money and work life balance are null and void here. The sales director lacks the ability to communicate pertinent knowledge to floor. Someone got let go for eating fish on the floor! They pick and choose who to fire and performance manage based on who they like or how many policies your write. The department of insurance should shut this place down!
