Guesty offered a solid work-life balance, which made it easier to stay motivated and avoid burnout. I had the chance to work with some really great people—collaborative, supportive, and easy to get along with. The company also organized fun events that helped build team morale and made the work environment more enjoyable.
Cons
There was a high turnover rate, which made it difficult to maintain consistency across teams. The layoff process was handled poorly, with little transparency or empathy. Additionally, some members of management were unprofessional, which impacted overall morale and communication.
