Pros
Most importantly- people are great. Most work-life balance I had in the last decade. Job is interesting and challenging, but in a positive way. Management is very transparent about the company goals and status. Flexible hours and hybrid environment. Also the location of the office is spot on!
Cons
Benefits could be improved. The belt is very tight around budgets and there aren’t many employees events.
