Guestline are on a really exciting journey right now for a Shrewsbury based company, growing year on year both in the UK and Internationally. We're all encouraged to get involved and support our Guestliners who work internationally too, we're one big family really! As a company we've grown up quite a lot in recent times, there's opportunity to work from home now and using channels such as Slack and Microsoft Teams has really helped everyone to stay connected. There's a trust in the company too which allows Guestliners to focus on doing a great job, managers are supportive and knowledgeable. There's also plenty of opportunity for people to grow and develop with a Management Development Programme and Internal promotions playing a key part of the growth plan. Not to mention....free Pizza and Ice Creams at our quarterly All Hands meeting was a nice touch this year too! Guestline have a Social Committee who bring us all together for events and community activities, it doesn't matter about your office location everyone's invited!
Cons
As a Shrewsbury based Guestliner we're based across three offices on the Business Park, it's not ideal for meetings etc. but plans afoot for a new office. So exciting times ahead. Earlier this year we renovated some office space to create a breakout area for coffees/lunch and informal meetings which is helping us to collaborate more.
