Supportive management team, excellent packages and most importantly, you're made to feel valued and part of a family.
Cons
Since most people work from home (in my region) we don't get to see each other a great deal face-to-face. Whilst I embrace the huge flexibility with working from home, sometimes it would be good to catch up with others in an office
