      Pros

      -Fully remote -Good work/life balance -300eur voucher per year to spend on stays at company's properties -Good coworkers -No free public holidays, but 35 working days off to spend as you please

      Cons

      -Chaotic project management -Bad allocation of human resources -Not following legal obligations in regards to contract type which lead to a salary decrease -Limited career/knowledge growth possibility in my case (mostly valid for frontend developers I believe)

      Pros

      They have a strong and growing team of software developers which gives you a great opportunity to learn and grow as a software developer. There is a lot of knowledge and experience in the team and team members help each other and share their knowledge. There is strong leadership at the company and the business is growing fast. As a software developer you are given a lot of ownership and responsibility. You are expected to push to production pretty much on your first day. The team is very diverse, with members working remotely from various countries, especially in the software development team.

      Your ideas can take place. You can create processes from scratch. An International company where you can learn about different markets. Opportunity to work 100% remotely.

      Cons

      Very early days to say something, but it could be that you do not feel connected with your team when it is 100% remote.
