Pros
-Regular paid events/drinks -Pay slightly above average -Diverse cultural backgrounds since offices are across cities around the globe
Cons
-Managers are skilled as individuals but inexperience in managing teams. -Despite promising flexibility in working, you have to fight hard for it. -Managers will say it is an open space, trusting environment but will not really take into account what you have to say, can be very defensive -Unrealistic expectations, within way less than half a year you are already expected to be an expert about everything albeit them not conducting proper training. -Your work will only be recognised if they are visible and you are a person who would make it appear so. -A lot of people talents went unrecognised due to favouritism. -High hiring rate but also extremely high turnover rate. -Very basic benefits (just medical, no dental or optical despite having to work with the computer for 8 hour/day), low allowance (if you are entitled to). -Not conducive working space, they keep hiring more and more people in the Malaysia branch but there haven't been enough desks for half the people for months. -The amount of workload is not fairly compensated with the amount of salary
