Pros
Great to have on a resume. I get reached out to by recruiters all the time now and they often mention Guess as being impressive. Made great friends there. I still hang out with some of them. You have a lot of great talent at the company. Most people are incredibly professional and talented.
Cons
Very toxic work environment due to upper management. Very distrustful of employees. I did not get the support I needed. I would ask for help as I worked very independently and would sometimes work 12 hours a day for months straight. But that was expected of you. High stress work environment.
