Pros
If you like fashion you can know what all the latest trends are and whats in store
Cons
- Horrible management, rude managers -Extremely entitled, arrogant and rude customers that would walk in -No training -You can't have a life outside of working retail because you stay til 1am sizing and spacing clothing on racks on Saturday nights -Sizing clothes is understandable, but spacing on the other hand is ridiculous because GUESS has a massive amount of product crammed in a large store, so it takes nearly 3 hours for 16+ people to size and space the store after every 9 hour shift. Why space the racks if they're going to get messed up in the morning right when it opens? - I never got morning shifts - FAVOURITISM -completely look based - I wasn't commissioned but there was massive pressure to make sph which was stupid because I wasn't gaining anything for that so I didn't care - I worked at the Square one Location and there was massive amounts of traffic and it was very disorganized, the floors were dirty no one swept - Horribly salty coworkers, very vain - they would ask the girls to wear red lipstick and heels on big days like Black Friday , but the guys didn't have any requirements on what to wear to a minimum wage part time job in a shopping mall selling clothes. ridiculous and degrading to women
