Pros
Very nice colleagues- supportive and genuine (very few, if any, backstabber types). Many of them ended up here by default after being laid off by previous employers.
Cons
Below average compensation. Poorly structured comp plan. Little to no bonus pay out. A lot of "busy work" (wild guess forecasting, CRM, trackers, blue sheets, etc). No name recognition at all of the company or products in accounts. No opportunities for advancement.
