      Great co-workers, decent wage/salary and excellent benefits

      Cons

      Intense micro-managing, choosing favourites is very common, managers who are stressed out tend to take it out on newer/younger employees who are more vulnerable. Also lots of gossip and people talking bad about one another behind their backs
