Pros

Good work/life balance, good benefits albeit expensive

Cons

There are the old time "knowledge is power" employees who have been there their whole career versus the newbies who are want to change the inefficient way the company does business. The two groups do not get along creating more issues. This is the only company who puts project managers at fault for bottlenecks than for the individual who was reported to be the bottleneck in the first place. It is a frustrating place to work. It's amazing how this company makes any money at all. All systems are antiquated. Many people inneficiencies. Co-workers are there one day, gone the next. Management hires for the short term then eliminates employees. Lots of RIF movement.

Pros

Flexibility, excellent work life balance, casual environment, easy to use PTO. Benefits: health, dental, STD/ACC, vision, 401k are excellent

Cons

Pay is much below the standard for the position, raises and bonuses are minimal and hardly reflect the effort that is required to maintain positive metrics/meet goals. Case managers' responsibility is at a max and we often feel overwhelmed by the workload and expectations of management. Case managers are often responsible for tasks outside of the important things that have an effect of the claim
