Pros

-Work life balance is amazing, many departments allow work from home Fridays -At higher levels (Director+) salaries tend to be very competitive -Very stable company in times of economic uncertainty

Cons

-Upper management struggles to make decisions; resistant to change and new technology -Communication between departments is often non existent -The political environment can often be hostile -Almost no career development opportunities for most positions -Very inconsistent policies between departments (hours expected of salaried employees, vacation and sick time)

Pros

Flexibility, excellent work life balance, casual environment, easy to use PTO. Benefits: health, dental, STD/ACC, vision, 401k are excellent

Cons

Pay is much below the standard for the position, raises and bonuses are minimal and hardly reflect the effort that is required to maintain positive metrics/meet goals. Case managers' responsibility is at a max and we often feel overwhelmed by the workload and expectations of management. Case managers are often responsible for tasks outside of the important things that have an effect of the claim
