      Good compensation Lots of great co-workers Technology is really moving forward here Good 401K match

      Cons

      Their idea of a reorganization is to hand everyone their severance papers and then create new jobs to which everyone has to apply. It is constant stress. Performance reviews are meaningless and strong performers will not be kept around in other positions if they whack your job.
