Pros

Provides flexibility, like work from home few days a week. My direct manager is an awesome manager ( really depends on the team and group you’re in)

Cons

Teams are very inefficient, poor communications, low accountability. Get very last minute projects from leadership and unreasonable deadlines. No matter what issues the project had, it was forced to implement just to meet the deadline and make leadership happy. Individual contributors doesn’t really have much say. No clear career paths or how to be promoted here. People here are in the same job for many years. PTO can be better. I got less PTO compared to my last job and you have to work 5 years before you get an extra PTO day. Company technology sucks sometimes when you have to work remotely. The VPN doesn’t connect and the IT helpdesk are not helpful in resolving this.

Pros

Flexibility, excellent work life balance, casual environment, easy to use PTO. Benefits: health, dental, STD/ACC, vision, 401k are excellent

Cons

Pay is much below the standard for the position, raises and bonuses are minimal and hardly reflect the effort that is required to maintain positive metrics/meet goals. Case managers' responsibility is at a max and we often feel overwhelmed by the workload and expectations of management. Case managers are often responsible for tasks outside of the important things that have an effect of the claim
