      Pros

      Great work/life balance. We're moving into some great new space in NewYork City. If you like to take it easy, this is the place.

      Cons

      The ship is rudderless and has no captain. The CEO uses the word strategy and values in her speeches but we had neither. I had to resign. If you care about your work stay away.

      Many senior level reorganizations over the past few years. The pension plan was ended.
