- One of the best management teams I have worked with - Leadership is attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about employees - No micromanagement or favoritism - Fully remote work environment - Strong health benefits - Generous PTO with no issues taking time off - Team is in a transitional period and actively working to improve processes and systems - Supportive, collaborative team culture - Monthly bonuses, company retreat

- Work can be stressful due to a large client volume - Processes can be complex at times - Frequent updates and improvements can be tricky to keep up with at times - Occasional communication gaps when changes occur between departments

The best part about being a part of the Guardian HR team is that I can always count on having a ton of support and resources to ensure I can perform the job to the best of my ability. I never have to worry about being micromanaged because expectations are always clear and concise. Most importantly, if I have any feedback about how to improve my position, I always feel heard and that my perspective is taken seriously.

The only con I can think of is there are no health insurance benefits included. Otherwise, I have no complaints!
