      Most providers travel in to Gallup, but the company has some housing options and can pay for float nurses' travel expenses

      Guardian is growing a strong culture, the people that work there are fantastic.

      Alaska is incredibly remote and it can be challenging to travel around the state.

      You will be compensated for the work you perform and fairly

      Cons

      They are wildly lacking in growth and opportunity. At the our location we are not even allowed to do our own maintenance documentation while performing work. Very disorganized in daily processes with poor communication. You just show up and find something to work on.
