Good Hours, decent pay, fairly easy task

No raises EVER they start you off at a decent rate and leave you there, supervisor only think of themselves (advancement), benefits are not up to standards, no holidays pay NONE. The values of the company appear to be what is 1st for the company with little consideration for employers. This company had more people resigning or terminated in 3 months than I saw on one job in 5 year span, and this company is not very large, that alone speaks volumes and should say something to management.
