Pros
There’s lots of pros. They have an app to stay connected with fellow caregivers, they have tuition reimbursements, they give bonuses, and there has now been a law passed that you can opt out of federal taxes/doing your taxes (great when you’re married with kids, otherwise I wouldn’t). This place treats you like family!
