      Pros

      Strong leadership, open communications, encourages entrepreneurial thinking within the team, opportunity to be part of the growth & direction of the company, works to hire highly qualified people.

      Cons

      Has the usual startup challenges - resource constraints, controlled growth issues, people sometimes wear multiple hats (not always a negative), waves of high hours, marketing. IMHO - If someone enters a tech startup without these expectations, to one degree or another, then they should probably not work for a startup.

      Pros

      -Opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility, results are tangible and propel business forward -Products are gaining commercial traction and strong strategic partnerships -Very smart and committed coworkers -Rapidly growing

      Cons

      -Growing pains typical with start-ups, such as having to fill in for a bunch of different roles -Internal procedures catching up -Need for more collaboration across silos, harder w/ COVID and work-from-home -Hiring process can take a while
